Quah Soon Wai

Mr. Quah was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1995 and commenced practice as a legal assistant with Messrs Mah Weng Kwai and Associates. He later practiced as a partner of Messrs Chung, Huang & Khalid for 3 years before joining Messrs Seow & Megat as a partner in 2001. Mr. Quah practices in the areas of litigation and corporate law. In the area of litigation, Mr. Quah has appeared before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court in matters relating to property law, contract law, corporate law, tort and various other civil and criminal cases.
Lim Kon Keen

Mr. Lim was called to the Malaysian bar in 2008 and commenced practice as a legal assistant with Messrs The Chambers of Kamarul Hisham & Hasnal Rezua until he joined Messrs Seow & Megat in 2004. Mr. Lim practices in civil and criminal litigation. The civil law areas include commercial matter, contract law, corporate litigation, land disputes, land acquisition, defamation, judicial review and constitutional matters. Whereas his practise in criminal litigation covers from various commercial crime, corruption matters, emergency law and preventive detention to capital offences.
Sabeha Binti Jamaludin
LLB (Hons) UKMAdvocate and Solicitor, Malaya
Cik Sabeha graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and was called to the Malaysia Bar in 2003. She has been exposed to various aspects of civil litigation, banking litigation, contractual disputes, debt collections and disputes relating to goods sold and delivered. Cik Sabeha has commenced her practice with Messrs Seow & Megat in 2003 as a legal assistant and has been made a partner of the firm in 2010. She is currently attached to the litigation department and is currently heading the banking litigation portfolio.
Chan Mee Leng
LLB (Hons) LondonAdvocate & Solicitor, Malaya
Ms. Chan was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1990. Her initial years in practice involved handling conveyancing and general litigation work. These included commercial matters, property disputes, estate and matrimonial matters. She subsequently continued practice as a sole proprietor for fifteen years until 2010 before joining Messrs Seow & Megat. Ms. Chan takes a keen interest in public interest law cases and believes the law must serve all.

Ms. Loi was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1993 and joined Messrs Seow & Megat as a partner in 2003. Ms. Loi has extensive experience in matters relating to property, probate, banking, commercial and corporate. She has also during the course of her practice, been involved in matters relating to conveyancing, banking, tenancies, wills & trusts. Ms. Loi is also a registered trademark agent in Malaysia.
Chiew Wye Jene, Jean
LLB (Hons) London, LLM (Malaya), CLPAdvocate and Solicitor, Malaya
Ms. Chiew was called to Malaysian Bar in 1993. Her initial legal practice are in the areas of conveyancing, banking and civil litigation. From 1995 to 1999, she was the legal advisor for a Malaysian public listed company. In 1999, she resumed her legal practice in the conveyancing, banking and corporate department of Messrs Gulam & Wong before joining Messrs Seow & Megat in 2004 as a partner. Ms. Chiew has extensive experience in commercial, banking and property land laws.
Lee Seow Nie

Ms. Lee was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1997 and commenced practice as a legal assistant with Messrs Hamzah Sulaiman & Partners until June 1999. Thereafter, Ms. Lee practiced with Messrs Chung Huang & Khalid for 5 years before joining Messrs Seow & Megat as a partner in 2005. Ms. Lee has extensive experience in matters relating to retail and commercial banking transactions.

Nurul Najwa Binti Hashim

Cik Nurul Najwa holds a LL.B (Hons) degree from International Islamic University Malaya. Upon graduation she underwent her pupilage reading in the chamber of En. Mokhzani Harris Bin Yusof at Messrs Aziz Hon Annuar. She was called to the Malaysian Bar on 30.07.2010. Upon completion of her pupilage, Cik Nurul Najwa joined Messrs Seow & Megat as a legal assistant. She is now attached to the litigation department.
Wan Nur Shafida Binti Wan Hashim
LLB (Hons) University Teknologi Mara (UiTM)Advocate and Solicitor, Malaya
Cik Wan Nur Shafida graduated from University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2008 and was called to the Malaysian Bar on January 2009. She started her pupilage at Messrs. Sahlan & Associates where she was exposed to both civil and criminal litigation and also conveyancing matters. She then joined Messrs. J.P Chong in August 2010 as litigation legal assistant. In April 2012, she joined Messrs Othman Hashim & Co where she was assigned to handle running down matters. She joined Messrs Seow & Megat on June 2012 and is currently attached to the litigation department.
Chong Seei Yang

Ms. Chong graduated from University of London and completed her pupilage at Messrs. Michael Chai & Co. where she was exposed to Conveyancing, Banking, Intellectual Property and various Litigation matters. She was called to the Malaysian Bar on October 2009 and commenced her practice at Messrs. T. K. Wong Tan & Associates where she was assigned to handle various litigation and conveyancing matters. She then joined Messrs Seow & Megat as Legal Assistant and attached to Conveyancing department.

Yip John Joon
LLB (Hons) University of Liverpool, CLP Advocate and Solicitor, Malaya
Mr. John graduated from
the University of Liverpool
and subsequently obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice.
Thereafter, he commenced his pupillage at Messrs Seow & Megat and
was admitted to the Bar on 15.1.2021. He assists in the post auction
department and general litigation.
Chan Wern Kang
LLB(Hons) University of Hull Advocate and Solicitor, Malaya
Mr Chan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from the University of Hull in 2016 and was called to Bar of England and Wales in 2019 by the Honorable Society of Middle Temple. He underwent his pupillage in Messrs Seow & Megat and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2022. Mr Chan is currently attached to the conveyancing department.
Zulaika Binti Zulkifli
LLB(Hons) University of UNISZA Advocate and Solicitor, Malaya
Zulaika Zulkifli received her law degree from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin in 2021. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2022 after underwent her pupilage at Messrs Seow & Megat. After being called to the bar, she retains as a solicitor and currently attached to the litigation department.
